What a great recent event in Letterkenny where Brian McDermott – The No Salt Chef taught Michael Murphy to cook Chicken Fusilli, watched over by MC Noel Cunningham and over 300 people who attended to support Aurivo and Pieta House.

Brian_McDermott_242x242Paula Mee was also on hand giving great tips and advice on diet.
The organisers ran a really nice evening which was so relaxing and educational.
clive Wasson got some great photos for Aurivo and Brian got some too, so maybe they will send us a few more.

Well done Aurivo – their Mayo CEO even thanked the Donegal Captain, who was a gentleman as usual.
