THE BEST OIL FOR COOKING
Although Olive oil is sometimes portrayed as the “healthiest oil”, which is not the truth for cooking. Both coconut and rapeseed oil have a must higher burn rate, so they do not create the nasty oxidized oil that causes all the harm. Rapeseed oil is the preferred choice for healthier cooking, not only because it has less saturated fats than coconut oil, but also most people do not like the overpowering taste of coconut oil. Nevertheless, if you do like Coconut flavour it is ideal. Irish Rapeseed Oils are the choice of most good Chefs and The Taste of Donegal is preferred by the Top Chefs countrywide.
