DONEGAL RAPESEED OIL WILL HAVE A STAND AT THE BURREN SLOW FOOD FESTIVAL ORGANISED BY THE BURREN FOOD TRAIL, FOOD PRODUCERS, CHEFS AND RESTAURANTS.
Visit the Donegal Rapeseed Oil stand this weekend at the Burren Slow Food Festival.
The launch will take place on Saturday 16 May 2015 at the Ballyvaughan Farmers’ Market. The week full of events will be leading up to the main Burren Slow Food Festival weekend which will take place on 23 & 24 May 2015.
This year’s festival theme is Land & Sea, and every kind of food provided by them.
Three Michelin-starred chefs – Derry Clarke from L’Ecrivain, Ross Lewis from Chapter One and JP McMahon from Anair – will be making a appearance at the festival, parting with their expertise in cookery demos and talks.
