We are delighted to have been listed by writer Roz Crowley as the Irish Examiner’s top flavoured oil.
The Irish Examiner have applauded the fact that our oils are presented in glass bottles as opposed to plastic containers where chemicals can leech into the oil. The writer also picked up on the benefits of rapeseed oil versus traditional olive oil including having almost half the level of saturated fat.
Our oils are also rich in Omega 3, Vitamin E and have a high burning point which makes it great for cooking at high temperatures. Our oils are being using by top Irish chefs including Neven Maguire and Brian McDermott, the No Salt Chef.
