Tapas-Style Garlic Prawns
Ingredients:
600g prawns, peeled and deveined75ml donegal rapeseed oil
3 garlic cloves, crushed
1 tbsp white wine
A small handful of fresh parsley leaves, chopped
bread rolls
Instructions
1. Heat one tablespoon of the oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Add the prawns and cook for two minutes per side until pink and just cooked through.
2. remove from the pan and add garlic. Cook for 30 seconds, then add the wine and simmer for three minutes.
3. Add the parsley and return the prawns to the pan. Cook for another minute and serve warm.
