Spicy Bean Chilli
Ingredients:
90g barley2 tbsp Donegal Rapeseed Oil
1 large onion, chopped
1 green pepper, deseeded and choped
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp chilli powder
Black pepper
1x400g tin of choped tomatoes
350ml water
2x400g tin of cannellini beans, rinsed
Juice of 1 lemon
2 spring onions, tinly sliced
