Cheese, Tomato & Oat Flapjacks
Ingredients:
• 150g jumbo oats• 50g cheese, grated
• 75g sun dried tomatoes, chopped
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 1tbsp Donegal Rapeseed Oil
• 25g mixed seeds
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C, gas mark 6.
- Grease and line the base of a 22cm square tin with baking parchment.
- Mix all the ingredients together and press into the tin.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Cool slightly then cut into 12 slices.
- Cool completely before removing from the tin.
