Cheese, Tomato & Oat Flapjacks

Ingredients:

• 150g jumbo oats
• 50g cheese, grated
• 75g sun dried tomatoes, chopped
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 1tbsp Donegal Rapeseed Oil
• 25g mixed seeds

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C, gas mark 6.
  • Grease and line the base of a 22cm square tin with baking parchment.
  • Mix all the ingredients together and press into the tin.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes.
  • Cool slightly then cut into 12 slices.
  • Cool completely before removing from the tin.
