Chicken Tortilla Wraps

Ingredients:

- 1 tbsp Donegal Rapeseed Oil
- 4 chicken breasts, sliced (500g)
- 1 red pepper, sliced
- 270g jar medium or hot salsa sauce
- 320g pack 8 wholemeal tortillas

To serve:
- Grated Cheddar cheese
- Shredded lettuce
- Soured cream

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the chicken for 5 minutes.
  2. Add the pepper and fry for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Stir in the salsa and cook for a further 1 minute.
  4. Meanwhile, warm the tortillas according to pack instructions.
  5. Serve the tortillas topped with a little lettuce then the chicken and sprinkle over some cheese, finishing with soured cream, roll up and serve.

Top Tip

Fry the chicken in our chilli infused oil for extra spice!
