Grilled Tortilla Chips with Dips
Ingredients:
4 tortilla wraps cut into large wedges4 tbsp Gold Selection Donegal Rapeseed Oil
Instructions
- Place the tortilla wedges into a large bowl. Add the rapeseed oil and toss well to coat.
- Heat a griddle pan over a high heat until smoking hot. Chargrill the tortilla wedges on each side.
- Set aside until ready to serve.
