Grilled Tortilla Chips with Dips

  • Serves: 4

Ingredients:

4 tortilla wraps cut into large wedges
4 tbsp Gold Selection Donegal Rapeseed Oil

Instructions

  • Place the tortilla wedges into a large bowl. Add the rapeseed oil and toss well to coat.
  • Heat a griddle pan over a high heat until smoking hot. Chargrill the tortilla wedges on each side.
  • Set aside until ready to serve.
