Ingredients:

3 Tbsp Donegal Rapeseed Oil (high burn point oil)
1/3 cup of high quality popcorn kernels

Instructions

Heat the rapeseed oil in a saucepan on medium high heat.

Place popcorn kernels into the oil and cover the pan.

When the kernels start to pop, count to 35 seconds until they are all popped.
