Mackerel Hummus Pate

1 smoked mackerel fillet, skinless
1 tin of chickpeas
2 tbsp Donegal Rapeseed Oil
2 tbsp tahini
2 tbsp lemon juice
Pint of salt and cayenne pepper, to taste


Simply place the ingredients into a food processor or mini chopper and whizz until you have a smooth creamy pate. Season to taste.

Top Tip

Beautiful on salads or crackers- compliments any meal.
