- Preheat the oven to 200°C, gas mark 6.
- Grease and line the base of a 22cm square tin with baking parchment.
- Mix all the ingredients together and press into the tin.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Cool slightly then cut into 12 slices. (Cool completely before removing from the tin.)
