Cheese and Tomato Flapjacks

Ingredients
  • 150 g jumbo oats
  • 50 g cheese (grated)
  • 75 g sun dried tomatoes (chopped)
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • 1 tbsp Donegal Rapeseed Oil
  • 25 g mixed seeds
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C, gas mark 6.
  2. Grease and line the base of a 22cm square tin with baking parchment.
  3. Mix all the ingredients together and press into the tin.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
  5. Cool slightly then cut into 12 slices. (Cool completely before removing from the tin.)
