Cheese and Tomato Flapjacks

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200°C, gas mark 6.

Grease and line the base of a 22cm square tin with baking parchment.

Mix all the ingredients together and press into the tin.

Bake for 12-15 minutes.

Cool slightly then cut into 12 slices. (Cool completely before removing from the tin.)
