Roast Garlic Salad Dressing

Ingredients:

Donegal Rapeseed oil
1 clove garlic
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan
Vinegar

Instructions

1. Slice the top off 1 clove garlic and drizzle with Donegal Rapeseed oil

2. Wrap in aluminum foil and roast at 400 degrees F until tender for 35 minutes. Cool, then squeeze out the cloves.

3. Make Classic Vinaigrette in a blender, adding the roasted garlic and 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan.
