Ingredients: Punnet of vine rippened cherry or plum tomatoes
Clove of garlic thinly sliced
White onion thinly sliced
Pinch of sugar

- Half the tomatoes if small, toss with the onion, garlic and sugar in Donegal Rapeseed Gold.
- Spread on a baking sheet and place under the grill until roasted, toss and do not allow to burn. Only takes a few minutes.
