Ingredients: 1/4 cup cider vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
3/4 cup Donegal Rapeseed oil
2 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon grated parmesan cheese
Add all of the ingredients in a bottle.
Use a shaker to mix
Allow flavours to blend about an hour. Be sure to refrigerate any leftovers.
Makes about 1 cup.
