Spicy Fillet of Salmon
Ingredients:
4 Salmon Darnes1 tbsp Donegal Rapeseed Oil
1 tbsp cajun seasoning
Instructions
1. Rinse the salmon, pat dry using kitchen paper then dust the sides of the salmon with cajun seasoning.
2. Heat the oil, then sear the salmon on each side for half a minute.
3. Reduce the heat and continue to cook in a pan for 8 minutes or transfer the salmon to a baking tray and place inthe oven at 200C/180C fan/gas mark 6 for 5 minutes.
4. Serve with baked or mashed potato and a mixed salad.
