Spanish Prawns
Ingredients:
1 tbsp Donegal Rapeseed Oil1 garlic clove, sliced
1 chilli, chopped
10 raw prawns, peeled
pinch of paprika
Instructions
1. Heat the oil, garlic and chillin in a small frying pan over a medium heat. Add the prawns and paprika and cook just until the prawns turn pink and curl slightly. Serve immediately.
